My trigger is “chewing” sound while eating foods. Per Wikepedia, signs and symptoms, I think it rooted from my monophonic reaction to my dad’s chewing. I remember I really really hated it (thanks god he’s been changed).
Anyway, it seems like there’s no formal diagnosis or treatment exists. So, I just need to cope with it. Cause this kind of little thing irritates me.
Maybe wearing noise canceling headphone or earphone while having a meal every time?
Time to shop? Jajajaja. I always have a good excuse to buy something cool.
