Day 32

Enforcement of self-control in city H.

  • 6:20 – 16:00 Door to door travel with sufficient rest
  • 16:00 – 17:10 Full body sun tan while working on cleaning up long lasting to-do for extra reduction of stress
  • 17:10 – 18:20 High protein dinner with salad and a bit of carb. No alcochol
  • 18:30 – 19:40 Confernce call
  • 19:40 – 20:40 Walking and shopping
  • 20:40 – 21:10 Chatting with R / rest
  • 21:10 – 21:40 hot bath
  • 21:40 – 21:50 7 minute exercise
  • 21:50 – 11:40 Chatting with R / rest

Tomorrow, the meeting starts from 11:00 so exercise at the gym => breakfast => be ready.

Compared to 3 weeks ago, it’s been much improved and as I heard yesterday, out of this, I am becoming a little nore mature.

So, please count on me and I am ready for pull you out from where you are now.
