Huge improvements today. Tough and long day like before at work, but now I can pace myself without much turbulence in my mood.
As calm as huge lake, I can observe and respond, not react.
From long time ago, I cannot even focus but nowadays not even focus but I am be more aware of things and proactively process. Both work and personal.
The doctor and therapist was right. If I keep putting myself in positive area by doing things I feel good, I can recover fast.
Now, bad news are piling up and that signals me I need to maintain this momentum and recover fast.
So that I can assist like before.
