Day 19

One thing for sure now is that stress – back to back meetings, deadline, squeezing in and rush – brings back old atypical symptoms. 

How to block time for breath is something need to practice in not theory but in real life.

The doctor recommended me to name those emotions, so that I can step back and observe what’s happening to me, like meditation.

Another habit I need to build on parallel with rehab I am undertaking.
