Alcohol and recovery

Something I really wanted to avoid and not easy was admitting that I am having the drinking problem.

Yes. I have the problem and it is damaging to others.

As from the Economist article, Alcohol is the most harmful drugs.

Just took the test from http://www.smartrecovery.org/resources/library/Tools_and_Homework/Interactive_Tools/problem-drinking-test.htm

And my score is 23. A score between 19 and 40 suggests dangerous drinking and possible physical dependence. Considering a major change is recommended.

The mix of my disease and alcohol suicidal. As R said, I will end up in misery.

So, here are the starting point. Time to bring out CBA worksheet.
